Complaints Procedure

If you are unhappy with any aspect of school, then we ask that in the first instance you make your child’s class teacher aware, or the Deputy Headteacher. If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you can speak to the Headteacher. If an issue needs to be investigated then the Headteacher may investigate in the first instance and if the matter is still not resolved, then a member of the schools Governing Board may need to investigate further.
